Shipping & Handling Policy:

Thank you for shopping with So Alkaline®, below you will find our shipment policies. **Our business days are Mondays, Thursdays-Saturdays. 

**Currently we only ships within the USA, Canada, & to the UK. We plan to expand our international shipments this year (will announce)**

Shipment For Domestic (U.S.) Orders:

  • --Once your order is placed we will process the order within 2-6 business days. After your order is successfully processed, you'll receive shipment confirmation & tracking. 

Shipment For Canada & UK Orders:

  • --After our standard processing time, please allow 5-15 business days for your package to arrive. 

    *Why do packages require such time to process

    • --The duration allots us time to carefully review your order to individually hand pack, and/or hand make your item(s). We package our products with our upmost loving care & energies. Many of our items are made to order, therefore, we require the proper timeframe to provide you with the best quality products. As our So Alkaline team grows, we will accommodate for faster processing time. At the moment we sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience.

    *How will I receive my package & when will it get to me? 

    • --All domestic & international shipments are insured & sent through UPS, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First Class Package. Once your order is successfully processed, you will receive a tracking number and an order confirmation via the email you've provided. Tracking will estimate your varied delivery time. 

      *How much is shipping?:

      • --Shipment prices will be calculated upon checkout. Prices are calculated by carrier, weight, and, size. 

        Refunds & Cancelations:

        • --At the moment we are unable to provide refunds for any orders that have already been processed & shipped. Once your item is scanned in and your tracking confirmation is sent, your purchase is FINAL!

        • --Refunds may be provided for orders that have not been processed and/or shipped. If you've placed an order and wish to cancel please do so IMMEDIATELY within 24 hours of your purchase. Cancelations made after 24 hours will NOT receive a refund. Store credit will be provided if the item has not been shipped.

        • --If your shipment address is incorrect please refer to our "Lost & Damaged" section below.

        International Shipments:

        • Shipping zones will begin to expand in later this year. (This expansion does not include our tonic gels and/or any other perishable items). Tonic gels do not ship outside of the U.S. To be notified of our shipping expansion please join our mailing list on the homepage (So Alkaline community). 

        Lost and Damaged Packages: 

        • --We take extra care to ensure that your package(s) are carefully wrapped so that it can arrive in the original condition that we've packed it in. Although we do take extra measures to mitigate the possibilities of damage, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in its original condition due to the handling of Postal Service.

        • --Once a package leaves our facility & is updated as "accepted" by the shipping carrier, risk of damages and/or loss of the item passes on to the designated recipient. So Alkaline is not liable for any damaged or lost products during shipment as we no longer have control and/or access to the package.

        Lost and Damaged Packages Continued (Claims):

        • --If for any reason your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, you will have to make a claim with the post office. Priority Mail is automatically backed by insurance. All USPS First Class Packages from 'So Alkaline' will be backed with a $50 minimum insurance coverage. If you need additional information from us to help you file your claim, please do not hesitate to email our support team: support@soalkaline.com with the subject line: "support claim". 

        • Before filling your claim, please refrain from discarding any products and/or packaging materials as this may effect the processing of your claim.

        • --If there is an issue in regards to the package, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the United States Postal Service. Aside from tracking, So Alkaline does not have any access to USPS and/or UPS information to further assist with the issue. 

        *I entered the wrong shipment address/email:

        • --If you've entered the wrong shipment information please contact our support team soalkaline@gmail.com IMMEDIATELY within 24 hours to notify us. If the mistake reaches our support team in time we will gladly cancel the transaction & refund the money back to your account. You may then repurchase your items under the desired shipping address. Cancelations made after 24 hours are not guaranteed a refund. Refunds will only be credited back to the account of purchase. 

        • --So Alkaline will deliver the ordered product to the address provided at checkout (unless it is successfully canceled and reordered with another address). Should the customer fail to give the correct address to So Alkaline, subsidiaries, or delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to issue a resend or refund. So Alkaline does not take responsibility for stolen packages once they have been labeled "Delivered" by the post office carrier.
